How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings within the app and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Why is my AI generation taking too long?
AI processing typically takes 10-30 seconds depending on server load. If it takes longer than 2 minutes, please check your internet connection and try again.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
Which iOS version is supported?
Our apps support iOS 16.0 and later. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device updated to the latest iOS version.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your data from within the app's Settings. For complete account deletion, please contact us at help@blur.house and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
No. Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Generated images are saved locally on your device only.
Common Issues & Solutions
App crashes on launch
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.
Credits not appearing after purchase
Wait a few minutes and restart the app. If credits still don't appear, go to Settings and tap 'Restore Purchases'.
AI generation failed
Check your internet connection and try again. Make sure you're using a clear, well-lit photo with your face visible.
Images not saving to camera roll
Go to your device Settings > Privacy > Photos and make sure the app has permission to access your photos.
